I welcome you to join me for my Fascia Face Lift by Else "Miracle Lift" course, a 15- minute practice that lifts your facial contours, releases tensions and boosts fluid circulation.

At the start of  the session I will briefly introduce myself, the Fascia Face Lift by Else method and my first online course RISE30, starting 1. November 2025.

After the practice, you'll have chance to share how it felt and ask questions. The entire session lasts about 40 minutes.
